Snickerdoodle bliss balls

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey or agave syrup to taste
  • drizzle of vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp cinnamon + sugar mixture

Instructions

  1. Combine all of your ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. I mixed everything by hand, but if you have a food processor, that would work great too

  2. If your mixture seems too runny (from the nut butter), add more almond flour to it.

    If your mixture seems to dry, add some more honey

  3. Roll into balls. A cookie scoop works wonders here! And pop in the fridge for 10-15 minutes

  4. Once set, roll into cinnamon and sugar and enjoy
