Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz cans Tuna
  • 1-2 tsp Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Celery stalk, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Red onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped
  • ½ small Lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna cans of water, place in a bowl.

  2. Add Greek yogurt and mix with a fork.

  3. Chop up celery, red onion, and green onion and add to the mixture.

  4. Add in lemon juice and seasonings. Salt, Pepper, and garlic powder to taste
